Our client is an expanding organisation with the capacity to grow even further. They are currently seeking an experienced Air Pressure Testing Technician to manage and develop a new Air Pressure Testing service for Property Developers throughout the UK.
Applications are welcome from candidates educated to degree level or similar qualification in a related field and who are members of the Air Tightness & testing association or the British Institute of Non-Destructive Testing.
You will have a proven technical ability with demonstrable experience of providing testing within the construction Industry. The ability to manage time, resources and projects effectively is required as are strong communications skills and experience of relationship management. A full, clean driving licence is essential as the role will involve travel throughout the UK..
For the successful applicant main duties will be;
· To contribute to the development of the strategy for implementation of the service.
· To monitor and supervise the training and accreditation processes for the Air Pressure Testing service
· To carry out air pressure tests and provide reports of a high standard on properties throughout the UK.
· To promote the service and represent the company on all occasions where expert contribution is required.
· To provide a programme of training and supervision for a team of air pressure technicians within a rapidly expanding business
